1. Agreement to These Terms

This website and store are operated by Verminion Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Delivery Policy and Legal Notice, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this store. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We sell digital products, including but not limited to downloadable files, online courses, templates, memberships and other digital content. Product descriptions, features and included materials are described on each product page. We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

4. Licence to Use Our Products

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use that product for your own personal or internal business use. You do not acquire ownership of the product or of any intellectual property in it.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the product in whole or in part
• Share your access credentials or download links with any third party
• Publish the product or any substantial part of it publicly or on file-sharing platforms
• Create derivative works based on the product for commercial distribution
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice
• Use automated means to scrape, extract or bulk-download our content

Violation of this section terminates your licence immediately, without refund, and may result in legal action.

5. Accounts

Some products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed at checkout in the currency shown and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in error, such as where a product was listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank fees applicable to your purchase that are not collected by us at checkout.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, refund requests must be submitted by email within 7 calendar days of purchase.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Verminion Digital LLC and its members, officers, employees and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this site and to any product, at any time and without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 4, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 17, will survive.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These terms, together with the policies referenced in section 1, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site and our products.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection right you may have under the law of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these terms at our discretion. The current version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
