Delivery Policy

Verminion Digital LLC sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped, and no shipping fees, customs duties or import taxes apply to any order placed in this store.

1. How Products Are Delivered

All products are delivered electronically. After your payment is approved, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing your access link, download link or login credentials, depending on the product purchased.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: immediately after payment approval, in most cases within a few minutes.
  • Delayed approval: some payment methods require additional verification. In these cases, delivery occurs as soon as the payment is confirmed, which may take up to 24 hours.
  • Manual review: in rare cases where an order is flagged for review, delivery may take up to 48 business hours. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

3. If You Did Not Receive Your Product

If you have not received your access email, please:

  1. Check your spam, promotions and junk folders.
  2. Search your inbox for the store name or the sender address.
  3. Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
  4. Add our email address to your contacts to prevent future filtering.

If you still cannot locate it, email cauenext28@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your access. Delivery issues are resolved at no additional cost to you.

4. Incorrect Email Address

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us and we will re-send the delivery to the corrected address after verifying the purchase.

5. Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access to purchased digital products is granted for the period described in that product's description. For one-time purchases without a stated term, access is provided on an ongoing basis for as long as the product remains available, subject to our Terms of Service.

6. Technical Requirements

To access our products you will need a device with an internet connection and, depending on the format, a standard web browser, a PDF reader or a video player. Any specific requirement beyond this will be listed on the product page.
